Hi Crafty Souls!

I´m here today with my inspiration piece for the September Moodboard at Mixed Media & Art. I was inspired by the books & the fantastic colors in this moodboard and decided to create a bookmark. For me fall is equal to reading - one of my favorite things is to sit on the front poach under a blanket, with a book and a good cup of coffee in my hands.

I tried to capture the mix of golden, bronze and browns when creating the bookmark. The black chalkstock bookmark from Canvas Corp was perfect as base. I added texture with a AB Studio stencil and modeling paste before blending different shades of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists.

The leaf turned out lovely! I cut it from a piece of cardboard using a stencil from AB Studio to get the shape. I painted it golden with Tattered Angels High Impact Paints in 3 cotes - if you look closely you can see that I used purple & gold. Layer 1 was gold, 2 purple and 3 gold again.

To get even more texture I added stars with a stencil & modeling paste and then added a stack of Finnabair metals to resemble the compass on in the moodboard. I love the quote on the sentiment strip from 7 Dots Studio!

Canvas "Forest" - AB Studio Design Team

Happy Saturday Everyone! I´m here today sharing a canvas I made for the AB Studio Design Team. 

This fall themed canvas was created with papers from "In Wonderland" collection togheter with cut outs from Vintage Elements page 3/4.

I love the mysterious feel - like a walk in an old forest.

Happy Friday Everyone! 

I´m here today showing a layout I made for the current challenges at Mixed Media Place & 7 Dots Studio (moodboards in the bottom of this post).

I have been palying with these wonder fuller papers from Northern Light Collection. They fit perfect with the colors in both moodboards and I believe they have the right feeling to them. They are delicate & soft but yet has a statement to them.

I love how this card turned out! The chipboards look lovely with a cote of Tattered Angels High Impact Paint on them (Light Pink).

Card "Special Moments" - AB Studio Design Team

 

Welcome to my blog today! I´m here to share my latest inspiration created with the lovely products from AB Studio. 

I created this card with papers from "In Wonderland" Collection & stencil no 90. 

I stamped trough the stencil with a embossing pad then added the beige powder and heated. Look how cool it turned out!

Love all the little details on the papers and tags!
