Card "Merry Christmas - AB Studio Design Team

 

Maybe it´s the weather. Maybe it´s the depressing situation around the world with the pandemic going on - but this year has been my best Christmas card making years. I totally lack of inspiration. BUT today it hit me and I created this card using the "Holly Jolly Christmas" collection from AB Studio. I kind of love how it turend our with the layers, the gold and the little details.

I hope the reciever will be happy when it gets there!

Card "First day of Spring" - egoCraft Design Team

Have spring arrived to your part of the world yet? Here in the North of Sweden we still have full winter - but that does not mean that we do not want spring. At the moment I long for it a lot, and many of my creations show just that. 

Today I´m sharing a card that I have done with a layered chipboard flower from egoCraft that I absolutely adore! There is a couple of similar style flowers in the store and I have used them on many of my projects for egoCraft.

Today I´m sharing a sweet baby card. 

I have used the Baby´s World collection chipboards from egoCraft. There is a wide selection of chipboards in the colletion and I piced out pieces from 3 sets. The clothes lines with tiny clothes is one of my absolute favourites!

Card "Soulmates" - egoCraft Design Team

Today I´m sharing a romantic card I created with chipboards from egoCraft & papers from AB Studio.

I cut the delicate chipboard border in two and stacked them onto each other for a dimensional effect. I left all the chipboards raw since to fit in the color scheme.

Natural Card - AB Studio Design Team

Today I´m sharing a natural style card created with the brand new "In the Past" Collection from AB Studio. The collection are available for purchase asap in the AB Studio online store. The inspiration for this card was the current challenge at Mixed Media Place.

Sheet no 5 from the collection has small size prints on one of the sides and they work perfect to layer - I used them togheter with a tag from sheet no 3 and a piece of the bonus sheet that you get when you buy the collection pack. 

Did you know that you also can find stunning big cardboards & chipboards under the AB Studio brand? I used lovely flowers from cardboard sheet no 145. I painted them with Lindy´s Magicals then distressed the edges with Finn´s waxes.

I´m really happy how this turned out - what do you think?

Card "Vintage Love" - egoCraft Design Team

Hello everyone!

It's 7th of February so it is time for a new challenge at egoCraft. My inspiration project is the card above. Valentines day is just around the corner and of course the challenge is all about love - we hope you play along with us!! You find the challenge in the egoCraft blog.

Card "Holiday Season" - egoCraft Design Team

I´m back with the second card created with egoCrafts Winter Time border set. This one is the red one.

I used the longer pieces of border for this one and did not paint it - love how the natural look blend in well with allthe reds & browns.

Again I used papers from 7 Dots Studios Yuletide collection.

Card "Joy to the World" - egoCraft Design Team

Today I´m here to share 1 of 2 card reasently created for egoCraft. 

I used the Winter Time border set that comes with 4 pieces of snowflake borders. 

For this card I used the smaller piece.

I painted the borders golden, and before adding them to the card I cut loose a bit that did not fit under the flower cluster. I then re-used the leftovers as decoations - you can see them peaking out under the flowers. Noting goes to waste....

Card "Christmas Rose" - egoCraft Design Team

I continue the Christmas Card parade in this blog today! This season, well who does not love making cards for your loved ones? The one I´m showing you today has one of my absolute fav egoCraft chipboards on it - a layered flower.

The flower has 3 layeres and looks awesome as main focal poin on a card.

I painted the flower in red before assembling it. The leaves was painted grey. To add shimmer I distressed them with silver wax. Love how it turend out!

The papers are AB Studio´s Secret Wood paper 3.
