Tag "Winter Wonderland" - AB Studio

 

Winter is finally here - we have snow and several degrees minus. The sun has even been showing lately - this give SO much energy. I created this tag inspiered by the landscape outside. The snowcrystals catching the sun make our surrondings look like something from a fairytale. 

I have used a chipboard tag as base and covered the front of it with a patterned paper from AB Studios collection "Carry me Slowly". All chipboard pices that I layered also comes from AB Studio. I added paint, embossing powder & a thin layer of gel medium before I applied the Creative foil with an iron. Loving the shimmering result!

I´m back with the second card created with egoCrafts Winter Time border set. This one is the red one.

I used the longer pieces of border for this one and did not paint it - love how the natural look blend in well with allthe reds & browns.

Again I used papers from 7 Dots Studios Yuletide collection.

ATC´s "Starstuck" Series - Lindy´s December Challenge

Look up to the sky and what do you see? 

I created these ATC card set inspiered by this months color challenge at Lindy´s. The colors made me thinking of the sky & space. What is out there really? 

I used blended the 3 color shades on a base where I created texture with snow paste and a stencil. To get the right dept I also blended in black & whites. 

I found an old stamp with a space grid that I stemped randomly and embossed with white powder. Paper cuts from my 7 Dots Studio scraps form the decorations togheter with gem stones and cabons.

Card "Joy to the World" - egoCraft Design Team

Today I´m here to share 1 of 2 card reasently created for egoCraft. 

I used the Winter Time border set that comes with 4 pieces of snowflake borders. 

For this card I used the smaller piece.

I painted the borders golden, and before adding them to the card I cut loose a bit that did not fit under the flower cluster. I then re-used the leftovers as decoations - you can see them peaking out under the flowers. Noting goes to waste....

Card "Holiday Cheer" - Lindy´s November Color Challenge

Hi everyone!

Today I´m sharing a Christmas Card made for the November Challenge at Lindy´s Gang. As it´s the season of holiday cards that was an obvious choise of project, but to be honest - the color bord was not exactly christmassy... But have I ever been able to rescist a challenge. NOOO! The quirkier the better. So here comes my non so christmassy christmas card.

I used papers from 7 Dots Studio as base. Then added texture with texture paste and a lace stencil from AB Studio. On that I added tre layers of Lindy´s Magicals - Time Travel Teal, Steampunk Sephia & Drop Dead Gorgeous Green - starting off with the teal, then the sephia and finally splatters of the green.

I combined different kraft colored flowers & leaves from Prima and painted them with Lindy´s Flat sprays & magicals before distressing them with whith gesso. Love how they turend out.

Sadly the weather does not allow proper photos - so you have to forgive me for the greish backgrounds...

Mustasch Men - egoCraft Design Team

Hi everyone & Happy Monday!

Today I´m sharing a card/tag set created with the cool chipboard with mustasch men.

Yesterday was Father´s Day in Sweden where I live and I created these for my father & my father in law. Very appriciated!

I stacked patterned paper from 7 Dots Studio on a pre made card base to for dimension. Then splattered on paints from Lindy´s and added the circular chipboard. Really simple - but funny to do! I think it fit as a male gift.

For the tag I chose to cut the chipboard apart. I love how it turned out this way. Please do not be afraid to customize the chipboards to fit your needs. I often do and then save the leftovers for another project. Earth Friendly crafting is dear to me...

Tag "Brave the Storm" - egoCraft Design Team

Happy Wednesday sweet followers! 

Today I´m sharing a fall inspiered tag with egoCraft Chipboards. 

Loving the supercool umbrella chipboard that protect the Man in the Moon (cut from a 7 Dots Studio paper).

I added a couple of "flying" fall leaves as extra decor. Love how they turend out after a coat of Art Alchemy paint and then distressed with black ink.

Tag "Birds on a Feather" - egoCraft Design Team

Hi dear fans of egoCraft!

Marie here today to show you a tag I created with this LOVELY love birds chipboard. My project seams really simple - but I think this chipboard need to stand for itself - no fuss included. I hope you like it as much as I do!

I painted the chipboard with purple magicals from Lindy´s to tie in with the background paper. I added script stamping to give them a little extra interest, and also gem stones as eyes.
