Scrap & Music #9 - Still looking

New sketch and song up at Scrap & Music. This time we took inspiration and titel from U2 using their song I still haven't found what I'm looking for. This is My interpretation the sketch & song;

Grattis Mamma!

Min mamma fyllde år i måndags och det här kortet fick hon tillsammans med Sirpas fina bok. 

It was my others birthday this past Monday, and I gave her this card together with this lovley book.

Kortet är gjort med Cocoa Daisy´s kit Cabana efter Augustiskissen från deras blogg.

The Card was made using Cocoa Daiy´s Cabana kit.

Material used: Patterned paper; Simple Stories for Cocoa Daisy (Cabana paper). Elle´s Studio Serendipity (flowers).  Embellishments: Basic Grey Micro Mono Alphas (blue). Cocoa Daisy Clearstamps (Mod leaves). Zing embossing powder (leaf).

Punky Scraps August Chellenge - Funky card

The moodboard that form the August challenge at Punky Scraps did go SO well with the Around the Corner line from Lemon Owl. I choose to use the part in the picture where a woman holds a big bunch of pretty flowers.

Material used: Patterned paper; Lemon Owl Around the Corner (Frech Scent). Embellishments; Lemon Owl Around the corner Die cuts. May Arts Ribbon. Prima Marketing mini roses. Maya Road Chipboard butterfly. Gesso, frame,  perls and tissue paper from my stash.

Scrap & Music #8 - A thousand years

This time the Scrap & Music team has teamed upAmarylis sketch with the song A thousand years by Christina Perri.

Material used: Patterned papers; SODAlicious 2013 Calories (News on paper). Crate paper bits and pieces from my left over box. Embellishments: SODAlicious stamps (triangle, xxx, fat arrow). SODAlicious chipboard (frame, +big). Prima Marketing Flowers. SODAlicious paper bit Keep calm and start counting (!). Alphas old American Crafts. Inkido pearls (red).  Ink & gesso from my stash.

Infinity Art Journal

The story behind these art journal pages are quite special. I found the SODAlicious art journal challenge no 32 while working night and the focus word was SO suitable. Working for 10 hours during the night when everyone´s asleep can really feel lika an Infinity!

What I did was that I looked around work and picked up bits and pieces that would form my journal. The base is a plain glossary book. I filled the pages with images from magazines I found laying around. Then painted, scribbled, added Tippex (whiteout) and some surgery tape. The result was rather good concidering the lack of "normal" craft supplies. The SODAlicous products where added when I came home.

AOS August sketch - Bästa!
