Swedish Milk - Indigoblu Design Team

I must start this post by saying that this must be some sort of faith or coincidence. At the same time as the new Mixed Media Papers from Indigoblu "After Morris" arrived at my doorstep I found an invitation for a 20´s Style Cocktail party in my mailbox. Creepy or fun? Well - the later I must say!

The After Morris collection sends thoughts to Art Deco and old wallpapers. I love the soft muted colors and the worn feeling. The papers speak for them self - they would easily fit in a frame by them self and I wouldn´t hesitate to have them on my living room wall.

I have used a lot of new products for this page. On the background I have used my trusted Indigoblu Gee-SSo Good Gesso togheter with English Cottage Acrylic Paints. To add texture I applied modeling paste trough the "Texture" stencil. By combining some of the new background stamps (Arrows from Lights & Sound & script from Tasty Textures set) I added a rough and distressed feeling.

The new Teeny Backgrounds Set are perfect for adding patterned to plain tags.

The tags as well as all chipboard was painted with English Cottage Paints.

I hope I inspired you today and made you eager to find the new products in the shop!
