My Artful Mother - Canvas Corp Brands Creative Crew

"Family" is the topic of this months challenge at Canvas Corp Brands. The prize pack is grand and you have until June 5th to participate. I made this tag with inspration from the challenge moodboard:




I have been using Products from several companies under the Canvas Corp Brands umbrella. The background paper (the actual tag) is one of the really cool Mixed Media Orgins papers from Tattered Angels. The feeling of those papers are just marvellous. They are dubbel sided and printed on a cloth like paper. The surface it really smooth and takes paint really, really well. And as you can see the details is splendid. I used the paper called "Time" and painted it with Tatterd Angels Glimmer Mists. By using a water brush it is possible to get the shading to look good.



I cut the flowers from a pattered Canvas Corp paper. The paper comes from the Spring Showers Collection and is called "Spring Showers Reverse on Ivory". They where also painted with Tattered Angles Glimmer Mist. I used the colors "Key Lime Pie", "Party Pink", "Fully Purple" and "Dried Lavender".



I added a fabric flower from Petaloo and a Word stickers from Prima Marketing to finish of the tag.
