Hi there crafty souls! Fall has come to the North of Sweden with it´s full bloom and today I want to share a new spread from my Scrap FX Art Journal. I found a couple of perfect items for a fall spread in my stash with Scrap FX products - the Autumn Colors Wordlet, Arrowlines & the really cool Circuit Boars Stencil.
The Circuit Board stencil is rather large and works for many types of projects. I would fit perfect for using on a layout but this time I picked it out for this spread. I wanted it to simulate pouring rain and rain drops (maybe a long shot but that is how I thought..). Together with modeling paste it adds texture and interest to the pages. Together with the arrowlines the it adds movement to the spread.
The Wordlet was to big so I cut it in two and added it to the spread. I used different shades of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists as colors. Blending them with water makes a water color effect appear. I used the colors "Doubloon", "Red Tipped Rose", "Vancouver" and "It´s Orange". I love how it turned out! Details and process video below!
