Happy Saturday everyone! The October Challenge at Words & Paintery has seen it´s light and this month we´re going for Denim! This is my interpretation of the challenge - a card in denim colors with denim strips and a denim flower.
I glued on a piece of lace on a plain white cardstock base with clear gesso from Finnabair. Then when dry I added Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist "Denim Blue", "Navy Blue" and "Mountain Mist", then I applied water with a brush and dabbed on Tattered Angels Simply Sheer "Imperial Blue" with the same brush.
A bit of splatters with white Tattered Angels High Impact paint mixed with water gives extra interest. And micro beads from Finnabair extra dimension.
A flair from UmWow Studio finish of the project nicely.
